It looks like an exciting summer for our PhD students. Aside from the upcoming EXCILIGHT days, many of them will again be presenting their work in international and renowned conferences and workshops.
Along with the EXCILIGHT supervisors Prof. Andrew Monkman and Dr. Sandra Pluczyk, PhD students Anastasiia Klimash and Daniel Pereira are among the confirmed speakers in the second edition of “Maximising the rISC II”, the workshop on thermally-activated delayed fluorescence that will take place on the 21st and 22nd of June. Registration is still open.
In another continent, PhD student Manish Kumar will make two presentations in two different events in Korea: the Collaborative Conference on Materials Research (CCMR 2018) and the International Conference on Science and Technology of Synthetic Metals 2018 (ICSM 2018). He will share the progress of his latest works: "Large area Organic Light Emitting Diodes using TADF emitter for lighting fundamental colors panel up to 16cm2 area" (in collaboration with EXCILIGHT's Dr. Miguel Ribeiro) and the "Effect of cathode on Solution processed high efficient green OLEDs based on thermally activated delayed fluorescence" (in collaboration with EXCILIGHT's PhD student Marian Chapran and supervisors Dr. Gabriela Wiosna-Sałyga, Dr. Beata Łuszczyńska, Prof. Jacek Ulanski and Dr. Miguel Ribeiro). Registrations are still open for both events.
